honeyed: littleredqueen: but…but the nordstrom cafe sells really, REALLY delicious coconut macaroons!  they’re in this perfect little mound with chocolate drizzled over top and the sugar from the coconut is all caramelized on the bottom and it makes it so chewy and nummy!  i have several recipes for macarons though.  and one of these days, i will try my hand at them. HEY NOW! Don’t be hating on macroons. Just because they’re ugly and lumpy doesn’t mean they aren’t delicious.
